I currently offer in person and virtual Birth Doula Services as well as In-person Postpartum Doula Services. If you don't see what you are looking for, please reach out, we can customize a plan for you.

I offer in person support in all of Orange County as well as parts of San Diego, Los Angeles and Riverside County. I provide virtual support anywhere in the country and globally.

In person Birth Doula

  • Free 30 minute initial Consultation

  • Fully editable and customizable birth plan

  • Two 60 minute in-person prenatal visits

  • Daytime text and phone support during pregnancy until 37 weeks

  • Unlimited text and phone support after 37 weeks

  • Full in person support during labor at home, at the hospital or at a birth center. 

  • One 60 minute in-person postpartum visit

  • $1800

Hybrid Birth Doula

  • Free 30 minute initial Consultation

  • Fully editable and customizable birth plan

  • Two 60 minute in-person prenatal visits

  • Daytime text and phone support during pregnancy until 37 weeks

  • Unlimited text and phone support after 37 weeks

  • 24/7 access via phone, FaceTime/Zoom and text during labor

  • One 60 minute in-person postpartum visit

  • $1200

Postpartum Doula

  • Free 30 minute Initial Consultation

  • Fully editable and customizable birth plan

  • One 60 minute in-person prenatal visit

  • One 60 minute visit (phone or in person) around 35 weeks to update birth plan

  • One 60 minute visit within 48 hours of coming home

  • One 2-3 hour visit after baby's one week check-up

  • Three 2-3 hour visits to be used between 2 and 8 weeks

  • One 1-2 hour visit at 12 weeks

Support can include: cooking meals, newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional/physical recovery, running errands and sibling care.

  • 24/7 access via phone, FaceTime/Zoom and text during labor (Virtual)

  • Full in person support during labor at home, at the hospital or at a birth center (In person)

  • One 60 minute visit within 48 hours of coming home

  • One 2-3 hour visit after baby's 1 week check-up

  • Three 2-3 hour visits to be used between 2 and 8 weeks

  • One 1-2 hour visit at 12 weeks

  • $2800 in person

  • $2200 virtual

  • Monthly check-ins during pregnancy

  • One 30 minute check-in around 35 weeks

  • Revisions and updates to birth plan as needed

  • One 60 minute virtual postpartum visit

  • $500

Pregnancy loss and Bereavement Doula

  • 30 min initial consultation

  • 60 min in person or virtual meeting to determined what support you need

  • Virtual or In-person support at the hospital or treatment facility

  • Assist with referrals to support organizations

  • 60 min postpartum follow-up within 1 week

  • Unlimited phone or text support during the first 6 weeks postpartum

  • Free
